On the occasion of our next wine tasting lunch, we invite you to a moment of sharing and gastronomy in the company of a passionate winemaker.

Youri Greffe, head sommelier at the Michelin-starred restaurant Albert 1er, is organizing a unique event featuring the wines of Domaine Cassagne & Vitailles.

We will have the honor of welcoming Matthieu Rollin and Nicolas Seffusatti, who will showcase thir hard work and passion through a guided tasting, followed by a gastronomic lunch with food and wine pairings.


Together with Youri Greffe, they will share their journey, their vision of wine, and the unique features of the Terrasses du Larzac terroir. A moment rich in flavor, conversation, and oenological discoveries.

Domaine Cassagne & Vitailles

Located in the heart of the Terrasses du Larzac, in Montpeyroux, Domaine Cassagne & Vitailles was born from the encounter between two wine enthusiasts, Matthieu Rollin and Nicolas Seffusatti. Founded in 2015, the project is the result of a childhood dream and ten years of perseverance, driven by a shared vision: to create authentic cuvées that are elegant, intense, and true to their terroir.

Domaine Cassagne et Vitailles

The estate spans 7 hectares of fragmented plots, nestled between the sea and the mountains, on the clay-limestone hills typical of Languedoc and Roussillon. The diversity of the soils—composed of sandstone, clay, and limestone—combined with moderate altitude, promotes good drainage and optimal grape ripening. The climate, marked by high temperature contrasts between cool summer nights and sunny days, allows the full aromatic expression of grape varieties such as Syrah, Grenache, Carignan, and Cinsault.


Committed to sustainable and respectful viticulture, the founders embrace a craftsman-like approach: mostly manual labor, use of organic compost, and strict yield control. This attention to detail is present at every stage—from the vineyard to the cellar—where precise and creative vinifications respect both the fruit and the land.


The estate's wines are praised for their balance, freshness, and character. The reds, in particular, showcase beautiful intensity, fine tannins, and tangy red fruit aromas with a touch of spice. Each cuvée reflects the distinctive identity of the Terrasses du Larzac and the desire to craft vibrant wines that are true to their origin.

Rendez-vous au Fenil à 10h30 pour une dégustation de vins guidée, un moment d’échange privilégié avec le représentant du domaine, qui vous fera découvrir ses cuvées et son savoir-faire. La matinée se poursuivra par un déjeuner gastronomique au restaurant étoilé Albert 1er, où chaque plat élaboré par notre chef Damien Leveau sera pensé en accord parfait avec les vins sélectionnés, pour une expérience gustative inoubliable.

Meet us at the Fenil  at 10:30 a.m. for a guided wine tasting—a special moment of exchange with the estate's representative, who will introduce you to their cuvées and winemaking expertise.


The morning will continue with a gastronomic lunch at the Michelin-starred restaurant Albert 1er, where each dish created by our chef Damien Leveau will be paired perfectly with selected wines—for an unforgettable culinary experience.

• Registration is required for the tasting and lunch.
• In order to guarantee your reservation, we will ask for your credit card numbers and expiration date.
• In case of cancellation 48 hours before the date of the scheduled wine lunch, the value of the lunch per person cancelled will be charged, unless we manage to find replacements. We thank you for your understanding.
• The price of the tasting followed by lunch is €145 per person (including lunch, wine, water and coffee).
