For our Brasero lunches and dinners, Chef Cédric Nogueira brings a fresh take on summer dining with generous and authentic cuisine. Carefully selected ingredients are elevated by wood-fire grilling, imparting smoky aromas and a deliciously rich texture.

La Maison Carrier invites you to a timeless moment under the shade of parasols, in a lush garden setting with breathtaking views of the Mont-Blanc massif. In a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, enjoy an open-air meal accompanied by the gentle rustle of the trees and the crackling of the firewood.

For dinner, the Brasero menu and the Chef’s special suggestions will be offered.
