On the occasion of Mother's Day, the Michelin-starred gastronomic restaurant Albert 1er, in the heart of the Hameau Albert 1er – Relais & Châteaux in Chamonix, exceptionally opens its doors for lunch on Sunday 25th May.

To celebrate this day dedicated to mothers, Chef Damien Leveau will offer a unique menu, imagined around seasonal products carefully selected from local producers. A demanding and sincere cuisine, where each ingredient is highlighted with precision and sensitivity.
At his side, pastry chef Valentin Garnier will bring his daring touch, his curiosity for the improbable and the delicious, with these pairings that intrigue and enchant.

Led by Raquel Ramos Merida, the restaurant team offers you a discreet, sincere and professional service, in a setting where every detail is thought out to affirm the identity of our place.
Through the choice of colours and materials, purity is the order of the day to let the eye focus on the plate. The blues, greys, silvers and golds suggest an alpine race while the ceramics are made by Cecile Ballauri, a mountain guide, the knife is shaped by Jérome Lepretre, a former chef, mainly with the woods of our valley.
To complete the trip, our sommelier Youri Greffe will advise you on the 1000 references in our cellar.
