5-star Hotel Logo

Offering a rare diversity in the mountains, this family-run Relais & Châteaux property combines refinement and premium comfort with timeless decorative choices that are both pioneering and highly original in an alpine setting. Exemplary both in its sense of hospitality and its aesthetic vision, Le Hameau Albert 1er offers a deeply personal approach to mountain living and an ideal environment in which to unwind in an idyllic setting. The spirit of a “hamlet” is truly felt here – a cosy retreat where guests can enjoy nature, peace and quiet, and the wide variety of experiences the setting has to offer.

Several types of accommodation are thoughtfully designed to suit the number of guests and best meet everyone’s expectations. The ever-present mountain landscape, seen in all its panoramic splendour, is a feast for the eyes whatever your choice. With your feet in the grass or your head among the stars… choose an authentic private chalet set in the heart of the beautifully landscaped, flower-filled gardens of Le Hameau Albert 1er, or one of the charming rooms and suites of varying sizes, spread across the historic Albert 1er hotel, Le Fenil building, or La Ferme — for lovers of traditional rural architecture.

Accommodations at the Albert 1er

In bright, understated and peaceful rooms, furniture by some of the world’s leading designers sits harmoniously alongside warm antique alpine pieces, mountain landscapes and examples of folk art from the family’s private collections. A carefully curated selection of beautiful books celebrating the region brings life to the library shelves. Built in 1903 by Joseph and Lydie Carrier, Albert 1er, the historic building of Le Hameau, has evolved and expanded over time. Today, it stands proudly and offers 21 distinctive rooms and suites, each with its own character and proportions.

Rooms at La Ferme

In harmony with the architecture of La Ferme, the suites are enhanced by original wood panelling that creates an exceptionally warm atmosphere. This highly personal reinterpretation of Alpine tradition gives the spaces remarkable charm. Generously proportioned designer armchairs upholstered in beautiful, vibrant fabrics bring a contemporary and luminous touch. Private balconies and gardens frame the Mont Blanc range with photographic precision.

Family Suites

Set within a cosy yet contemporary environment, these two spacious suites enjoy uninterrupted views over the Mont Blanc range. True cocoon-like retreats, tastefully designed to create unforgettable moments with family or friends.

Private Chalets

For guests seeking greater privacy during a stay with family or friends, Le Hameau offers two authentic independent chalets designed for sharing convivial moments together. Nestled in the heart of its idyllic gardens, each has its own identity: immaculate white tones define the Chalet Grépon with its refined simplicity, while the Chalet Soli embraces the warmth and character of aged wood.
