General Terms and Conditions of Sale
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern all the services offered by Hameau Albert 1er, with the exception of group contracts which are subject to special conditions. Any booking implies unreserved acceptance of these GTCS.
1. Purpose
These T&Cs define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the booking and provision of accommodation, catering, well-being and associated services offered by Hameau Albert 1er.
2. Scope
They apply to all bookings made directly with the establishment (website, telephone, e-mail or on site), unless special conditions are expressly agreed.
3. Bookings
All bookings become final after confirmation by the establishment and, where applicable, payment of the deposit or prepayment provided for in the chosen rate. The establishment reserves the right to refuse any booking that is incomplete or has an insufficient guarantee of payment.
4. Rates
Prices are indicated in euros including VAT according to the VAT in force. The applicable regulatory taxes, in particular the tourist tax, are invoiced in accordance with the legislation. Rates may vary depending on the period, availability and the rate conditions chosen.
5. Payment Terms
Payments are made in euros. The main bank cards are accepted. Online payments are secure.
6. Modification and cancellation
The applicable cancellation conditions are those of the rate booked and are reminded at the time of booking confirmation. Bookings made by an intermediary remain subject to the conditions of this partner.
7. Arrival and departure
Rooms are available from 4pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 12pm on the day of departure.
8. Progress of the stay
The customer undertakes to respect the internal rules, the tranquility of the premises and the safety rules. Any behaviour affecting the proper functioning of the establishment may result in an early end to the stay without compensation.
9. Animals
Pets are allowed under current conditions. Restrictions may apply in certain areas, including the gourmet restaurant, spa and poolside.
10. Exceptional displacement
In case of exceptional unavailability, Hameau Albert 1er may offer accommodation of equivalent or higher category, the transfer costs being covered by the establishment.
11. Force majeure
Neither party shall be liable in the event of an unforeseeable, irresistible or external event that prevents the normal performance of the contract.
12. Liability
The liability of the establishment is limited in accordance with the applicable legal provisions, in particular those of the Civil Code relating to hoteliers. The customer remains liable for the damage he causes.

The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy (GDPR) accessible on the same page below. By booking, the customer acknowledges that they have read it.

15. Consumer mediation
In the event of an unresolved dispute, the consumer customer may have recourse free of charge to a competent consumer mediator, in accordance with articles L.611-1 et seq. of the Consumer Code. The contact details of the mediator will be communicated by the establishment.
16. Applicable law
These T&Cs are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent French courts.

Le Hameau Albert 1er attaches particular importance to the protection of the personal data of its customers, visitors, partners and candidates.

Some bookings may be made via partners such as Booking.com, Relais & Châteaux, Zenchef or other platforms used by the establishment.
These partners may collect certain personal data directly in accordance with their own privacy policy. The information strictly necessary for the management of your reservation is then transmitted to Hameau Albert 1er in order to ensure the proper execution of your stay.
