A truly spectacular
natural setting
A contemporary venue dedicated to meetings, seminars and special events, Le Fenil—named after the traditional alpine hayloft—offers complete privacy and serene views over Le Hameau Albert 1er’s gardens and the surrounding peaks. Designed by renowned Chamonix Valley architect Lionel Adam, this versatile space combines functionality and elegance, with every detail thoughtfully considered. Its architecture captivates through the harmony of its proportions and the refinement of both its exterior and interior design. Mont Blanc granite, glass, wrought iron and slate-grey timber come together seamlessly, complemented by carefully selected furnishings and distinctive lighting that lend the space its understated character.
Subtle nods to the mountain landscape in the choice and use of materials are complemented by a carefully curated and distinctive selection of artworks. In the entrance hall, striking mountain paintings by Francis-Olivier Brunet welcome guests. Upstairs, a series of elegant black-and-white photographic prints continues the dialogue between art and alpine heritage. At the entrance to the meeting room, Georges Tairraz’s iconic photograph of Roger Frison-Roche—the celebrated author of First on the Rope—captures him in the Goûter Couloir in 1928. Inside the meeting room, The Ascent of the Dru (1929), from the Washburn Collection, pays tribute to the pioneering spirit and timeless fascination of mountaineering in Chamonix.
