Burgundy, which consistently evokes remarkable emotions, is of course honored as it should be, but also wines from the Rhône Valley and regional vintages, some grape varieties produced in neighboring Italian and Swiss territories, as well as numerous international wines.

Youri Greffe, a young sommelier chef from the southeast of France, will introduce you while listening to your desires. He will guide you with the restaurant's sommelier team to enhance the dishes with carefully chosen pairings of great vintages and delightful discoveries. "The sommelier's desire is to create a memory for the guests. We always remember a good bottle, we recall with whom we shared it, for what event, in what place...".

For the British writer Robert Louis Stevenson, "Wine is poetry in a bottle." This sentiment still holds true two centuries later... especially during the traditional oenological lunches at Albert 1er, beautiful moments of sharing emotions. A meal at the Albert 1er's table always remains an exceptional moment that heightens and satisfies all the senses.
