General Terms and Conditions of Sale<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern all the services offered by Hameau Albert 1er, with the exception of group contracts which are subject to special conditions. Any booking implies unreserved acceptance of these GTCS. <\/p>

1. Purpose<\/strong><\/p>

These T&Cs define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the booking and provision of accommodation, catering, well-being and associated services offered by Hameau Albert 1er.<\/p>

2. Scope<\/strong><\/p>

They apply to all bookings made directly with the establishment (website, telephone, e-mail or on site), unless special conditions are expressly agreed.<\/p>

3. Bookings<\/strong><\/p>

All bookings become final after confirmation by the establishment and, where applicable, payment of the deposit or prepayment provided for in the chosen rate. The establishment reserves the right to refuse any booking that is incomplete or has an insufficient guarantee of payment. <\/p>

4. Rates<\/strong><\/p>

Prices are indicated in euros including VAT according to the VAT in force. The applicable regulatory taxes, in particular the tourist tax, are invoiced in accordance with the legislation. Rates may vary depending on the period, availability and the rate conditions chosen. <\/p>

5. Payment Terms<\/strong><\/p>

Payments are made in euros. The main bank cards are accepted. Online payments are secure. <\/p>

6. Modification and cancellation<\/strong><\/p>

The applicable cancellation conditions are those of the rate booked and are reminded at the time of booking confirmation. Bookings made by an intermediary remain subject to the conditions of this partner. <\/p>

7. Arrival and departure<\/strong><\/p>

Rooms are available from 4pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 12pm on the day of departure.<\/p>

8. Progress of the stay<\/strong><\/p>

The customer undertakes to respect the internal rules, the tranquility of the premises and the safety rules. Any behaviour affecting the proper functioning of the establishment may result in an early end to the stay without compensation. <\/p>

9. Animals<\/strong><\/p>

Pets are allowed under current conditions. Restrictions may apply in certain areas, including the gourmet restaurant, spa and poolside. <\/p>

10. Exceptional displacement<\/strong><\/p>

In case of exceptional unavailability, Hameau Albert 1er may offer accommodation of equivalent or higher category, the transfer costs being covered by the establishment.<\/p>

11. Force majeure<\/strong><\/p>

Neither party shall be liable in the event of an unforeseeable, irresistible or external event that prevents the normal performance of the contract.<\/p>

12. Liability<\/strong><\/p>

The liability of the establishment is limited in accordance with the applicable legal provisions, in particular those of the Civil Code relating to hoteliers. The customer remains liable for the damage he causes. <\/p>

15. Consumer mediation<\/strong><\/p>

In the event of an unresolved dispute, the consumer customer may have recourse free of charge to a competent consumer mediator, in accordance with articles L.611-1 et seq. of the Consumer Code. The contact details of the mediator will be communicated by the establishment. <\/p>

Your pets are welcome<\/strong><\/p>

Before you book<\/strong>
Please let us know of the presence of your pet at the time of booking, specifying its species, breed, number and weight. Without this declaration, we may refuse access or end the stay, without refund. <\/p>

The animals we welcome<\/strong>
We welcome dogs \/ cats. For safety, hygiene or health reasons (an allergy of another guest, for example), we reserve the right to refuse certain animals or to set conditions. Category 1 dogs cannot be welcomed; those in the 2nd category are in compliance with the regulations (muzzle and leash in the common areas, keeping permit, insurance). <\/p>

Health and Insurance<\/strong>
Your pet must be identified (microchip or tattoo), up to date with its vaccinations and free of parasites. You may be asked for its health record or passport.
<\/strong>Please check that your civil liability insurance (holiday type) covers your pet; a certificate may be requested.
<\/strong>On request, the renter must be able to present the following at any time:<\/p>

  • Proof of insurance,<\/li>
  • The vaccination certificate of your pet,<\/li>
  • The rabies certificate up to date.<\/li><\/ul>

    Good manners during the stay<\/strong><\/p>

    • Keep your pet on a leash in the common areas and on the property.<\/li>
    • Do not leave him alone in the home.<\/li>
    • Avoid beds and sofas and respect places that do not welcome animals within the hotel (Albert 1er restaurant, swimming pool, etc.).<\/li>
    • Pick up his droppings and keep the area clean.<\/li>
    • Do not wash it in the toilet and do not use our laundry.<\/li>
    • Make sure that it does not cause any nuisance (barking, dirt, damage).<\/li><\/ul>

      Supplement and security deposit<\/strong>
      The reception of your pet may give rise to an additional charge of [amount] \u20ac per [night \/ stay] and a security deposit of [amount] \u20ac, which we will indicate to you before booking. The deposit will be returned to you on departure, after the inventory of fixtures, minus only the damage observed. Nothing will be retained if there is no damage <\/p>

      Your liability<\/strong>
      As an owner or guardian, you are responsible for any damage that your pet may cause, to people or property (Article 1243 of the Civil Code).<\/p>

      In case of concern<\/strong><\/p>

      In the event of non-compliance with these rules or a significant disturbance, we may, after informing you \u2014 or immediately in the event of danger \u2014 end the stay, without refund.<\/p>

      Guide dogs and assistance dogs <\/strong><\/p>

      As an exception to any other stipulation of this charter, access to guide dogs for the blind and assistance dogs accompanying a person with a disability is a right: they are admitted without any refusal to oppose them, without additional invoicing, without a specific security deposit and without the obligation to wear a muzzle.<\/p>
