Wine tasting lunches

Marc-Henri Mialon, head sommelier of our Albert 1er gastronomic restaurant will be delighted to share with you his passion for wine. He proposes a monthly meeting of one or several wine makers, in which they share their know-how and allow you to discover their best wines through a tasting. The morning wine tasting session is followed by a gourmet lunch in the Albert 1er restaurant with the elaboration of a special menu in accordance with the winemaker’s wines, who will have the pleasure of your company at the table.

About Lenoble...

Lenoble has been a 100% familial and independent vineyard since 1920. Now managed by the fourth generation, the founder's great grandchildren, Anne and Antoine. They always found a way to keep their liberty. This independence preciously maintained is a guarantee of quality and it has never been bothered by an immediate need for profitability.

The 18-acre vineyard is located on one of the prettiest hills of Champagne, in Chouilly, one of the 6 villages classified "Grand Cru" on the "Côte des Blancs" and in Bisseuil, terroir classified premier-Cru de la Montagne de Reims. 

To them, a good wine starts with good grapes. Anne and Antoine give a huge attention to the vine work. In a wet and cold climate, they focus on a reasonable and sustainable approach underlining the importance of biodiversity and soil life. 

Their vines are covered in grass to reduce profitability, soils are well aerated to develop useful nutrients so that grapes can develop better. 

When the harvest comes, grapes are hand-picked, selected and then pressed in one of their 3 traditional winpresses.  All juices are tasted first, evaluated and then vinified in order to respect their own qualities and take the best of it.

We wish to inform you that registration is imperatively for the wine tasting and the lunch, which will end around 3.00pm.
N.B. In order to guarantee your reservation, we require your credit card details (number, expiry date and security code). In case of cancellation 48 hours prior to the wine tasting in question, the value of the wine tasting lunch per cancelled person will be charged, unless we manage to find somebody to replace you.

The price is 125€ per person
including lunch and wines, water and coffee/tea
