Homemade foie gras terrine, quince jelly, Gingerbread toast and balsamic vinegar.
Braised pikeperch fillet, stone mushrooms and salsify.
Plump ‘ Bresse’ chicken stuffed with crayfish of the lake Leman, ink risotto.
Fresh and aged cheeses.
Trolley of Christmas logs and gateaux.
Chocolates and honey ‘ Madeleine’ cake.

Duck foie gras cooked entirely in salt, Red onion stew and golden sesame coulis.

Sautteed scallops, beetroot with rosemary and ‘ crusty’ of parnsnip.
Stuffed saddle of lamb with a sweet garlic and herbs, Creamy Polenta
A selection of Savoie cheeses.

“An evening of dance and animation”
An evening of dancing and fireworks, based around a “menu dégustation”, with Champagne and Bordeaux Grand Cru Classé.
The evening begins at 8 p.m with an aperitif of Champagne Henriot Blanc de Blancs.
The dinner will be served accompanied by music of our DJ, that will build the ambiance up to a dance party from disco classics to soulful house and club music.
Fireworks at midnight and onion soup served at dawn.
250 € per person
including aperitif and Bordeaux wine.

Panfried red mullet , "Mont Saint Michel" mussels mousse, potatoes and frothy shellfish sauce.

Blue cheese from Bonneval, red onions chutney and nuts.
