Our traditional restaurant, "La Maison Carrier" is pleased to propose…
“An evening of dance and animation”

The evening will commence from 8pm with an aperitif of Moët & Chandon Brut imperial champagne.

DJ David will create an ambiance of jazz, swing, bossa nova and other varieties with which to enjoy your New Year’s dinner.

At midnight, the Hameau Albert 1er firework display will mark the arrival of the New Year 2014 and you will be drawn to the dance floor until the early hours by classic disco tunes and swing.

Evening proposed at 250 € per person (including menu, aperitif, Champagne and Bordeaux wine throughout the evening).

Moët & Chandon Brut imperial Champagne.

Duck foie gras, beetroot purée and light cream with Arnad pork fat.

Blue lobster served warm, finely chopped calves’feet with chives, crunchy parmesan.

John Dory fillet and pan-seared scallops, cardoon pastry and creamy saffron soup.

Piece of beef preserved in Mondeuse with truffles, kohlrabi and parsnip compote.

Local Beaufort 2012 and farm Reblochon, nut bread.

Passion fruit mousse and raspberry seed jelly, mango marmalade.

New Year’s gateau.
Bite-sized desserts and chocolates.

Red wine : Château Camensac 2009 –Haut Médoc- Grand Cru Classé.

To confirm your table we kindly ask you to forward a deposit of 125 € per person. The deposit will be kept for any cancellations made after 20 December 2013.


From 9.30pm, the QuartzBar will be accessible to anybody wishing to order a glass of Champagne, wine or cocktail whilst enjoying the musical ambiance and the fireworks at midnight.
