From 7.30pm, the aperitif will be served in the Albert 1er ‘QuartzBar’’, inspired by Mont Blanc and the surrounding mountains.
The Carrier-Maillet family invites you to enjoy a glass of the Champagne Duval-Leroy “ Cuvée Femme” 1996.
Followed, will be an evening dedicated to gourmet cuisine in the Albert 1er restaurant with a menu elaborated by Pierre Maillet. There you will discover six dishes and two desserts; inspired creations or simply classic, festive courses; a multitude of flavours to end 2012 in splendour.
From the start, right up to the end of the evening, duo"Ana and Maria", two fantastic musicians, one at the piano and the other, a singer, creating a Jazz, Bossa Nova, Swing, disco classic and funky ambiance.
At midnight, the Hameau Albert 1er firework display will mark the start of the New Year 2013 with an explosion of light and colours.

Dublin bay prawn, French Aquitaine caviar and crab.
Foie gras in a “ballottine” with pigeon and morello cherry.
Roasted turbot, leeks and shellfishes.
Risotto with lemon and home-made turbot poutargue.
Pumpkin, farm egg cooked at 62°c and truffle.
Hare « à la Royale » with black truffle and Piedmont gnocchi.
Trolley with a choice of fresh and aged cheeses.
Victoria pineapple and Nepalese pepper, lime and combawas mousse.
Chocolate « pure plantation Carupano » cake, ice-cold Piedmont hazelnut and pears.
