Lobster, served warm, Cauliflour and verbena vinaigrette.

Monkfish medallion, herb Viennoise, shellfish and Aquitaine caviar, Ayze butter.

Hare « à la Royale » served with a spoon, Piedmontese gnocchi with black truffle.

A selection of fresh and mature cheeses.

Trolley of Christmas logs, fresh fruits and seasonal sorbets.

Bite-sized desserts and chocolates.

Plump Bresse chicken, boletus mushrooms, Veal sweetbread and foie gras in cold cream jelly.

Pan-seared red mullet fillet, Jerusalem artichoke and chestnuts, with a rich sauce.

Venison roasted in Grand Veneur with cranberries, fig marmelade and spiced quince.

A selection of fresh and mature cheeses.
