Serge Ratton, restaurant manager of La Maison Carrier, proposes wines to compliment each dish whilst in-keeping with your personal taste.
The wine list proposes a selection of the very best of French wines, as well as regional wines such as Mondeuse, Chignin Bergeron... and not forgetting those of our neighbouring vineyards from the Aosta valley and Swiss Valais.
