A daily menu consisting of a starter, first course, main course, selection of cheeses and desserts.
Proposed for lunch and dinner, this menu changes on a daily basis according to the best products available on the market.

Nine courses covering three regions: Piémont, Comtés de Nice and Savoie
“Foie gras de canard” with home smoked féra fished from Lake Geneva,
green apple.
Lobster, yuzu fruit, avocado, grapefruit and Nepalese pepper.
John Dory fillet, citron, tonka bean and Robert Blanc green asparagus.
Risotto with tuna poutargue and lemon.
Squid ravioli and Mediterranean baby squid, ink juice.
Farm egg cooked at 62°c and morels .
Roasted pigeon breast, “Pays du Mont-Blanc” snails and green celery.
